03Why this exists
Defensibility is the part of eDiscovery that no one talks about until it's too late. I'm a staff software engineer with 15+ years of experience, not a litigator — but you don't have to be one to see the hidden tax of tools that weren't built to be tested in court: a perfectly valid production turning into three weeks of motion practice because the software couldn't prove its own work.
